Ouch! Sometimes on a straight section with no traffic, I close my eyes and count...zero, one, two...I can't make it past 2 for good reason. Gives me a case of the willies and heebergeebees...I have no good reason for doing so.
Good luck with the project, Gordo. I sincerely hope the install goes as well as it can and your idle issues go away afterwards.
Only time I’ve ridden blind is when my contacts shifted after hitting a big bump. Sorta hard to take a picture blindfolded… you don’t know what you’re gonna get.

Gordo, with respect, it’s not clear what you’re setting here. Checkout the rules for the challenge at the bottom of this post,
http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=14115.
You don’t have to participate in the challenge; just set it. If you don’t want to because of the condition of your bike, perhaps you could pass the challenge to Gone in 60 who, I think, posted the next complying picture.
Good luck with the install.

So Gin60, wutch you thinkin'?
An image of someone ridin' a CB1100 blindfolded?

Hmmm…
Well, October brings us two fun things. Halloween, and Octoberfest.
My international cultural radar does not know how far Halloween extends around the world. So, how about your CB with a display of Halloween festivities or decorations, or you in a costume with your bike.
If your part of the world doesn’t celebrate Halloween, how about your CB with some sort of Octoberfest theme. Standard Disclaimer: If you choose the latter option, try to do it in a manner that does not promote drinking and riding.

Maybe the biggest, juiciest bratwurst along side the CB1100 will suffice for Oktoberfest? See who has the best?
