Thank you, gentlemen. Downtown Santa Ana has revitalized in recent years to be a vibrant area with restaurants, art galeries, music, etc. Sort of dismal over the past year, of course, but it's starting to come back slowly. In a bit of a tie-in with my earlier photos in Tustin, The Frida Theater, a small independent movie house in Santa Ana has started doing pop-up drive-in movies in Tustin near the parking garage featuring the Shag murals. Friday night, I'm going to a double feature with Road Warrior and Escape From New York.
Yikes, Gone! Get a Mohawk, some studded leathers and mount chainsaws on the CB, then head for the movies!

Actually, I was planning to arrive in a late 70s Cadillac low rider with chandeliers on the fenders, a-la The Duke of New York.

Escape From New York is a classic. Love that 80's B movie stuff.
