How's this? Sorta cheated, had this one on my phone already. I could go out and get a real doozy about 20 miles from here, but it just started raining, and the 2012 date code tires on my CB would not like that.
Blue sky is great as well as bisons, we have both in Canada
. cheater - cheater, gone in 60 .. it is wet here too in ventura, but things are drying out.. I might try for a ride up hwy33.. if the mountain roads get too wet, I can alway turn around.

How is Charlotte??

Peter, I am afraid charlotte's career as chief motorcycle inspector is over now.. she has retired and moved up to northern California .. she was actually one of my tenant's kitty.. but we were always a pair, working on the bikes together.. she had her paws into everything ..the world around her was just one big toy.. you know how nosey cats are.. I would get upset when she would start to bat all of my nuts and bolts around, after I had set them carefully to the side in sequence.. but how could I not forgive her, after she gave me that innocent look..

Just for clarification... The topic is "Favorite Road Sign" thanks to hovomd. So far we have one qualified picture, Ferret's, but he his passing the honor of July's choice to the next qualifying picture.
Remember: It's fun to "win" a month, but this challenge was set up to get people to give forum members a mini scavenger hunt each month. It was never about being first in -- it's about being in.

Other than the Dairy Queen roadside sign, we can agree that we all love the twisties signs:
I thought I would add my unfavorite sign:

In my opinion, the US, at least New York State, is behind incorporating traffic circles compared to other countries. Several traffic circles have been recently built in NYS and they do work, once our drivers get accustomed to them (rights of way, utilizing the correct lane, etc.) So for now, it is enter into a traffic circle with caution, especially on a motorcycle.
Both pictures were taken today near Middletown, NY
Good job Suhawk. We only have a couple of those circle things here. Only 1 in my county I'm aware of
Traffic circles are the best and there are more being added in Georgia. Wish they were at every major intersection.
If ONLY people on the roundabout would use their indicators than the traffic would run a LOT smoother.
