Weather looks beautiful, Ferret.
Couldnt be better Cormanus, blue bird skies and 81 right now. The Mrs and I will be ST'ing it after dinner. We can do that now that she is retired lol
How's she coping? Complaining about having around the house getting in her way yet?
This was last week on a local ride on Palomares road (temporarily closed) .. Untouched photo but I noticed the slightly burnt orange tank color maybe due to the lighting conditions .. just like the vintage bikes in faded oranges ..

Nice view. The lake's on the wrong side, though.

Finally got to read up on the Kiel Canal - pretty cool! I like how ships from a certain size upwards are obliged to take on a pilot and a canal steersman to advise the captain in transit.
The Kiel Canal is really astonishing. Worldwide the most frequented artifical waterway.
In 2016 round 30.000 ships passes the canal. Nearly daily I cross it on the Prinz Heinrich Bridge. Sometimes the Levensauer Bridge. Ships, which take this route, don't have to ship around Denmark to reach wether the Baltic Sea or North Sea. It's a good appreviation. On my trips I somtimes cross the canal with a ferry in Königsförde just to be on the water for a short moment. It's free, because it's part of a public street.
