Sure wish I had a carriage house... I wouldn't have to push my CB out of the way to back my car out of the garage when it rains.
Then push the CB back in place so my wife can back out.
I will have to wait to submit a photo for my own subject until one of my neighbors walking a dog ambles by to chat while I'm in the garage.
Getting a little chilly for lizards, or I'd just grab one off of the driveway and put it on my seat.
haha .. yes, I'm happy.. we need it so badly.. I love it when it rains overnight, then sun in the morning..
chuckk ..
I'm not happy... had to sit in traffic banging my head against a steering wheel for the past few days, instead of riding.
with wet roads, cleaning up the bike after a ride involves so much more work..
Many CB1100s have much chrome. Pretty to look at; a hassle keeping pretty.

Not a hassle if it never rides in the wet. I value my life too much to ride in the rain in L.A. traffic.

... and arguably in any urban traffic.
I must confess, I am a hater of traffic.. any kind of traffic .. I leave the outskirts of the small city of ventura and head directly towards the mountains.. I take lightly traveled side roads to get to hwy 33.. after that 20 minute side road trip to 33, I can normally open up the bike to speeds of 65 mph or so.. my first stop is about 40 miles ahead.. mostly just twisties.. on an average ride, I may overtake 5 or 6 cars.. maybe a bike or two.. usually no one passes me.. not that I am that fast, I just ride during the week when all of the younger sport bike riders are at work.. it's great for a guys ego .. haha .. I can easily do a 200 mile loop out there and not get into much traffic at all .. that is my ideal ride.. when I ride with friends, the slower riders get a 20 minute head start.. then meet for lunch at a little restaurant out in the middle of nowhere..
chuckk ..
That is blissful Chuck. Wish I could be there.
