Have a buffalo story myself. Wife and I were riding our ST 1300 thru Yellowstone. Off to our right a big bull was running behind this big rock going to cross the road on an angle. By my calculation we would beat him to the spot at our current speed and we did, he ended up coming up on the road behind us and I took a pic of him over my shoulder. Looked like he was chasing us up the road in the photo lol.
I've shared this before ...
It's time again for my midnight weekday stir-the-fluids ride while most of the world is sleeping. Tonight's topical sign spotting ...
Does it have to be on a post?
And because ... Texas!

Nice snaps, zbillster. Probably a fine line between midnite quiet and saloon traffic going home, but probably no mail vans.

It's the 'burbs ... empty of hipsters ... everyone's drinking at home.

I was crawling like an old lady through some of the more rural sections on this run ... watching for animals.

You want warning signs? My office complex has plenty of 'em. The second pic is a close up of the stack of warnings on the post behind my bike. The Observatory Theater is across the street - usually punk and alternative bands, and they don't want their patrons using our lot for free at night.
" ... do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?"

The Five Man Electrical Band were just one of many fine bands in the Ottawa area. As a young bachelor in the 60s I frequented many clubs that featured live bands on the weekends. The most notorious was the Chaudiere's Green Door. Good music and cheap quarts of beer. But when the band finished their last song and the girls left with their boy friends, it could get rough with the bunch of drunken frustrated males left behind.
