And a young rider's thoughts turn to scorched butt-cheeks and sweaty scrota. Or not...if you shade your saddle while you're in the Burg-O-Rama pounding down lunch.
Here's a handy sun-shade I found at Bike Week. It's quite heavy-duty, it's got enough bungees to install it in a variety of ways, and it would probably even be useful as an overnight hotel parking lot cover to keep the dew off.
It's from http://www.cycleshade.com, which is a local (South Florida) company. They've got other goodies on their website you might find interesting.

Dont know if these photos will work.
Had to get rid of the Raider and Cb11 to get this but it just might be worth it. 125 rwhp, 90 ftlb rear wheel torque. Ride by wire electronic throttle and a bunch of electronic gizmos. Getting around 40mpg, regular gas. Lots of useable power at lower rpm range. Redline 9k. Tour mode and sport mode throttle programs...sport mode you better be holding on.
Lots of gear whine from tranny or drive shaft gears..they seem to be famous for that...sounds like a gas turbine - loudest at about 65 mph. The CB whines in 1st but this is in all gears. About 100 lbs heavier than the CB. Feels heavier than that rolling it around but handles excellent when under way. 5 speed... Seems a little old fashioned these days. 4k rpm right at 74mph.

I walked down to Woolworth’s Department Store this morning and purchased my daily 5 cent newspaper, and 10 cent cup of coffee.
The front page headline was great news for all motorcycle lovers:
Harley-Davidson Motorcycles has purchased AMF bowling equipment!
Willie G Davidson was quoted as saying, “This is a great day for bowling enthusiasts. With H.D.’s ample financial capabilities, we have a 5-year plan to completely overhaul the bowling industry. Our first bold venture, a continuation of Harley-Davidson’s very successful “Rushmore Project,” is to develop a new, V-twin powered, partially liquid-cooled bowling ball. Genuine Harley-Davidson accessories will of course be offered for the bowling ball, including Bluetooth communications, and Bluetooth diagnostics of all bowling ball operating systems.” Retail prices will start at $19,999.”
