Does anyone know of an available back of seat short grab rail that is rounded instead of the rectangular design? The only one I have found is chrome and I would prefer black. I think the rounded one looks better with a café style seat.
Thanks all!

just started working on an 82 cb900 custom I got last fall. turns over fine but would not start. tried starting fluid. stumbled a few times. noticed only cylinders 2 and 3 got warm. also noticed that one of the set of two plug wires going to the regulator/rectifier looks like they have been exposed for awhile. core of wires exposed and looking as if they have been exposed for quite awhile. and the covering is crusty and degraded. know the bike hasn't been on the street since 2006 but do not know the story of why it was parked so long ago. would a failed regulator/rectifier supply spark to just two of the cylinders or when it fails does the spark fail to all of cylinders? I see also the two sparks units mounted just above the reg/rec and assume that each of those controls two cylinders. not an expensive part but want to replace the correct part. any advice is appreciated.. little guy david

My buddy Mike and I are riding up to his house in Suttons Bay, MI this weekend. We leave Friday and return Sunday. Friday and Sunday will be spent mostly on the wide, flat and straight roads, but we'll probably have a little time for backroading. Saturday morning should bring a sunny ride along the shores of the Leelanau Peninsula on Michigan Highway 22; you may have heard of it. We'll spend at least a portion of the afternoon at the Adams Fly Festival in Kingsley, which was the excuse <cough> I mean reason for taking the trip in the first place.
I hope to have pictures and a report that includes a review of my UClear Bluetooth device. This should be a great tune up ride before our big trip to the Ozarks starting on the 13th.

Good day, comrades,
Some time ago I found information about original alarm system for our bike. Part #08E50EWN004H or #08E70-HAC-000.
I purchased it. It came and there is no instruction how to install it.
Have anyone inltalled it?
