New Project 954RR

Picked up a new project last weekend. It's a 2002 CBR954RR with a bit of a sad story to it. Long story short, 7 years ago, it was involved in a fatal 35mph accident where the rider was struck by a left-turner at an intersection. His father came into my shop, he saw my CB, we talked about bikes for awhile, and he ended up offering me the bike.
I've always loved the old Fireblades, and now I have one for myself. I'm honored that the father entrusted me with bringing this motorcycle back to life.
It certainly needs a little bit of work and a lot of money. I'd like to do a complete restoration on it to bring it back at least close to original, but if cost is too high, it will be turned into a clean streetfighter, or a nice track bike.
If anyone on the forum happens to have some 929RR or 954RR parts, please let me know. Thanks!!

ROX Risers and longer brake line?

I have a pair of ROX 3 1/2" risers the I plan to install on my CB. AFAIK, I have the stock bars. Has anyone installed these risers and what adjustments were required? For sure, it looks like the upper brake line will need to be longer. It may be that I can run most of cables under the triple tree.
Most of my bikes get this modification, unless I can find Heli Bars.

Alternatives to Stock 4 into 1 Header Pipes?

My 2014 header pipes have developed a greyish/yellow patina which isn't that pretty.
I knew this was an issue when I got the bike, but I didn't think it would bother me. Now it seems to be getting worse.
I think the previous owner tried to polish the header pipes, which may have made a slight improvement at the time, but now it seems to have scuffed the pipes permanently.
I will probably need to replace the header pipes for a lasting solution.
Any suggestions? I couldn't find any threads dedicated to the his one particular problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.
