| Honda versus Kijima rack |

Today a box with goodies came from Samurider ,it only took 6 days to get here from Japan! It include a chrome chainguard ,very nice.
Over st. st. crash bars ,again very nice and easy to put on.I put some Gorilla tape on the frame rails and replaced the plastic hose with a black fuel line on the u bolt, looks better and stronger.I also had ordered the Kijima rack and put that on the bike as well.It looks ok but nothing special ,my wife said it looked a bit feeble compared with the OEM Honda rack.It was easy enough to put on but not that easy that you take it off too often and put back on again. It would be easier if the rear nuts of the bungee bolts were welded on the frame.I have a Honda rack and I will put this on instead.I do not know if that is as easy as the Kijima one to put on but I will leave the Honda one on the bike anyway. The Kijima rack is black compared with the chrome Honda one.The Honda one is more substantial. We will TRY to post some pictures today if it stops raining and I can take the bike outside for the photo,s

Hey all, I've been looking around for after market triple trees for our cb. I want to decrease the rake(27 degrees) by a couple of degrees. I haven't had any luck with my search and decided to ask the forum to see if anyone has had any luck or a good place to search.
Thanks, Waff

Hello all! Planning on removing the front forks for service and a posible powdercoat but don't quite know what is available out there as far as front stands go... I noticed there are two reference points under the oil pan, are they Jack Points to raise the front of our bikes? just curious to what you fellas have done.....
Thanks!

Was looking through Rider Magazine for Sept. (p.87) and found an ad from a company that does embroidered shirts which display your bike. I emailed and asked if the did a CB1100 and they said they could do it if they got enough people to order. I was quoted an extra $39.00 for one, so it could not take that many to sign on to make it worth their while to do it.
Contact them at http://www.autumnriders.com/ if you're interested.
