Been looking for a nice CB for a while now and I've noticed that the Dealers are heavily discounting the old models (I've found them for 8K new on Biketrader)

Presumably this is due to the new model. Is there a significant difference between the models apart from the six speed box and cosmetics?

The 2014 CB Owner's Manual mentions something about a "document bag" on the underside of the seat for storing things like the Manual, Insurance/Registration info, etc. I have no such bag on my bike... just a slot where I imagine it would go. Did everyone else get one of these bags? Should I call the dealer about it or is it just a silly thing that can easily be improvised with something else?

I am a long time Honda guy and on the verge of buying a 2014 CB1100 deluxe.

I test rode a 2013 last spring and loved it, but had 2 small issues. My legs were a bit cramped, and over 60 mph or so I felt some slight vibration in the bars.

For those who have ridden or owned both model years, how much of a difference will there be in the 2014 deluxe model? I hope the 6th gear will help with vibes at highway speeds, and some report that the new seat is an inch or so higher.

Any first hand advice would be much appreciated!

I am curious if anyone has tried a MRA Vario windscreen on a CB1100? MRA makes very nice stuff and is available via Twisted Throttle in the USA. If anyone has one on a CB1100 it would be nice to hear how easy it was to install and see a pic.
