MRA Vario windscreen - thessler3_imp - 04-22-2014

I am curious if anyone has tried a MRA Vario windscreen on a CB1100? MRA makes very nice stuff and is available via Twisted Throttle in the USA. If anyone has one on a CB1100 it would be nice to hear how easy it was to install and see a pic.

I'm just about to order one myself. Just trying to figure out whether fitting kits are purchased separately or not...

note: I'm not buying from twisted throttle but possibly from bikehps.com (depending on delivery fee to Australia)

If I do go forward with it and put it one I'll post impressions.

Thanks mate. Was looking into that one there but there's quite a bit of 'Aussie tax' on it... See how we go with the other suppliers (including MCAS, twisted throttle, bikehps.com etc) and I'll let you guys know.

I finally picked up my 2013 bike and will try the MRA Vario screen. I think that the screen and mounting kit have to be ordered separately as there are several mounting kits listed on the MRA web site for different bikes. I will post a pic.

I like the idea of these fairings, but those basic "universal fits" applications always concern me...

MRA Vario looks nice on the 919. Have you ever checked to see if it would fit on the CB1100? I'm not sure it would clear the instruments and not leave a big gap over the headlight.

Twisted Throttle was not much help when I called them.
