Good evening people. have a 2014 CB1100ex my wife bought me new for Christmas a few years ago, I seldom ride it as i miss my Vetter on my 83 CB1100 f and CB750k i owned when were dating in that era. I have a perfect black Vetter 3 to install. I pulled the headlight and turn signal lights, I see no earthly way to install this fairing. I have to maount it to the frame as it wont mount to the forks and still turn. Suggestions/pictures? i see them installed but dont see how. Please help. the bike only has 2k on it.

Looking to put some back shocks on and like Ohlin, but hat yellow messing up the color scheme of my current bike CB110 2013 Red, Black and Chrome. Anyone recommend a viable product to Ohlin but in black or Chrome? or combo? I looked at RFY and not very good reviews i'm getting back, made in china and you get what you pay for. Any help at all is appreciated.

Last year I sold my 2013 and 2014 CB 1100 and today my 2014 DLX was sold to another Forum member.
There was only one reason I stopped riding bikes and that is that I was no longer willing to accept the dangers from inattentive/ distracted car drivers.
I first thought of stopping at 75 but now at nearly 72 and riding bikes since I was 18 I gave it up for good.
Of course I will miss it but I do not look into life's rear view mirror as I am not going in that direction.
Three weeks ago I ordered a new MINI Country Man Coopers 4 All in British Racing Green with all the options available , waiting time about 5 months !
With my wife not driving on the Interstates and with family and friends living far away I thought that it is my responsibility to be there for her.
The plan is to stay connected with all the great people on the Forum but probably not as often as before.
Thank All of you for the help in making the CB 1100 the best bikes I ever owned.

I was riding the CB and it performed perfectly on a long ride with several stops. The next day I went out to ride and it wouldn't start. I just put a new expensive battery in the bike about 6 months ago. When I turn the key the display lights up and looks good but when I hit the ignition, it just makes some clicking noises.
Bike has 20k and has had regular oil changes and tire changes, but that is it. Is it time to change the plugs? or should I start with the battery?, or could it be something else?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
