Easy Way to do a Headlight Mod?

Actually that kind of gives me an idea:

How difficult would it be to have the headlight go on and off with a stator charge? In other words...if the engine is stalled, the headlight (not all lights, just the headlight) would go out?

A headlight relay, sure. What to wire it to?
