Throttle tube easy to fit?

There seem to be two questions here?

1. How best to swap the throttle assembly onto different bars
and
2. How best to remove Oxford heated grips

I have swapped throttle assembly onto different bars, here...

And in it I showed how I removed the (firmly stuck!) standard grips and was still able to use them again. This might help with your Oxford grips?
