Let me know what you discover. Mine would stick in colder weather, but in warm weather it worked fine. I think Honda used an incorrect grease that thickens up too much when the temperature drops.

Didn't really see much. The grease was mostly OK and clean. Small amount of dirt but not like I thought it would be. As the bike is a '13 I thought the grease would have been caked, but it was not.
I just sprayed it out with CRC QD Electronic Cleaner then greased it with some I had in the garage. It looked the same as the factory Grease. Had to use a tooth pick to get it on all the surfaces. Anyway it is all good now. Easy job, and I covered the tank with some plastic. Just in case...
