Ok, getting tired of being tired. Been fighting pneumonia since the week before Christmas. At least lurching around to visit friends and family during the holiday ate up time while the drugs were doing their thing. But, other than moving it out of the way to get in my car, I haven't touched my bike. Yesterday, the weather had been clear for a few days, so the roads had dried up, and I had a few free hours. Decided to go for a ride, but just didn't feel up to it and turned around after a few minutes.
This sucks.

for a sportier Look , what is the widest and what brand recommended for 2013 CB1100?I am Ok with stock tire performance now does every thing very good. would changing it to a better wider brand changes in performance ?

On Saturday last, it was a sunny 67 degrees, and I was taking my usual Saturday ride down to my fave beach-side taco stand when I noticed a guy on a bike ahead of me, with a pillion passenger. I then noticed he was being closely tailgated by some nutjob in a rolling rustheap. I got up next to the rustheap and looked over at him, but couldn't see much through his crappy tint job, so I moved up next to the bike, got his attention, and pointed at the tailgater behind him. He looked in his mirror and saw the heap. The 'gater slowed waaay down and dropped waaay back there.

This morning riding to work I realized that turn lights would not work . none of them , but all work when use Hazard.
It is either from switch on handle bar or a fuse some where.
I washed the bike last week and may have let water shower on the bike.
Also the handle bar switches for turn lights are a little rough to move , should I just wait for water inside to evaporate? or use WD 40 ? or open it and clean it? what to use after cleaning?
is there a Fuse box just for turn lights without effecting the hazard lights?

Well...I FINALLY received the right FRONT brake pads...mix up was all my fault as I was under the impression the 2013 Standard non ABS model was called a 2013A.

Anyway...very simple install. Should take about 10 minutes +/- per side.

1) Remove two pad pins on each caliber (leaving calibers in place on fork). Identified as [1] in picture below. Take off metal cover and remember which end goes up.



2) Pull out old brake pads.
3) Used compressed air to clean area and look for leaking fluids. None present.
4) Push Caliber pistons back for clearance if required ( I did this with a large flat head screw driver covered in electrical tape to keep from scratching any metal surfaces)
5) Drop in new pads.
6) Replace pins. It's probably easiest to replace the bottom pin first by aligning it through the holes of each pad and making sure the little metal cover is where it's supposed to be. I used a set of surgical forceps to reach in there and get the tabs with the holes lined up for that. Once that's done you can let the metal cover drop into place at the top and push your pin through for the correct alignment. If you don't have the OEM Honda maint book you might want to take a close up of the metal cover before removing it so you know the correct pin orientation on reassembly. Torque to spec ( 17Nm (1.7 kgf.m, 13 lbf.ft

I tried to get a decent pic of each sides pads remaining surface (thickness) to give an idea of what front brake pads look like at 20K miles were the rider brakes moderately aggressive as the norm while using the rear brakes as well.

The right side pads had the most surface remaining (thickest) of the two sets. The left outside pad had the least material remaining of the four pads.

Hello everyone, i would like to install 20 cm handlebar risers on my cb 1.100 ex 2017, can you confirm that there are no problems with the cables? if someone has already done so, can you give me your impressions?
