Sounds like you have a two pronged issue.

Have a competent Honda mechanic check the throttle bodies
Then install a PC V.

The CB is way too lean from the factory. The power commander will correct the lean condition and eliminate the stumble.

Mine is just fine from the factory. There's no stumble or any other indication of lean fueling.
