Hi guys,
I am nearing the end of my stock tire life (10'500km done so far) and now need some new tires soon. I would appreciate if the experience riders on the forum can either provide me your advice on favorite tires or direct me to the most helpful threads as I am sure this topic has been discussed already. I am looking for tires that would fit my brat style cb1100. Thx for feedback.

Hello there- I'm clearing out the stable and will have an empty garage. That vacuum could be filled with a red CB1100. Could you folks please chime in on the following?
Suspension. I want to make sure my next bike has very good suspension. What would you recommend front and rear? Is there a drop in cartridge unit? A set of rear shocks that work well?
Exhaust- I've seen the 4:1 Ryujin (sp) retro race type. Can you actually tune the bike so these work well without popping? is it looks, or will a map and these pipes add any power?
fairing- The road comet looks pretty. Are there opinions on what is most effective?
Thanks

Going to be short for now. I'm bushed.
Took off at 8:30 am (41 degrees) to meet Empty Sea and his group 3 hours away in Ironton Ohio. They showed up right on time on their way back from West Virginia. From there we went to Ribbers in Portsmouth Ohio for a great lunch and then to the Portsmouth mural wall. From there we wandered all over sw Ohio until we got to my house At 5:30 where we had dinner. By 7:30 we were at their hotel. Home by 8 for me.
Sea, Mike, Judy, Glenn, Laura.. Thanks for a great day.
I'm sure Sea will fill in the detail and pics in his ride report. I may add some here tomorrow too.
295 miles for the day.

I recently bought a left over new 2013 CB1100 from a Honda dealer in Missouri and made the following upgrades to make it more to my liking. I like the retro look but can't afford the Whitehouse K10 stuff so I decided to buy a new reproduction CB750 seat cover off of Ebay for $40 and have it modified to fit my stock seat pan. Because the seat is now thicker I added Gen Mar risers, $85. Then I had the silver side covers color matched to the tank, $100. I just had to add the Kawasaki fork boots to give it that retro look, $74. I also added the Honda engine guards for engine protection $160. Added the Honda luggage rack, tail bag and a new tank bag. I have some soft saddle bags that I will probably add for trips as well. On my short list is a windshield and throttle lock. I have no idea why the text is so wide and the second picture is larger.
