I removed my by using a simple heat gun to warm them up, peeled them off and used Goo Gone to remove the residual glue residue. Easy peezy.
If the Clear Coat has been altered in hue due to UV exposure, then wet sanding & polishing might be in order. Shouldn't be too tough a job on such a small surface area.
