Rear Axle nut...

Just to back up what Terry said, I finally had to adjust my chain the other day. I used a 1 1/4" 6 pt socket and breaker bar to loosen. Did not need to hold the 27 mm left side ( which makes no sense to me... but hey it worked). Adjusted the chain, and retightened nut using same socket and a torque wrench set at 75 ft lbs ( close enough to the 83 # spec for me)
