Help identifying electrical connector

Hah, the tool band explains all the weird hooks in the box that look like they have some function.
Okay, here's the rear bottom of the box. There are 4 holes as you can see:

The plastic "tube" I was talking about can be seen in the 2nd photo as the raised spherical area I have my light centered on.

You can see the corresponding hole from underneath lower left. And you can see (on the right) the missing bolt clip and the hole it goes in, below where the other clip is. (On second thought, that hole may be out of sight.)
