Help identifying electrical connector

Is it in the rear fender section labeled battery cover?

It looks like the person who did this threw away parts 12, 17, and 18 plus what ever held that bolt in from the lower side.

What was #12, the tool band for, and where does it fit and how?

Is #18 the rivit you were talking about? Where does it go?

The bolt seemed to fit through a rectangular bolt clip that is inserted from under the fender. I think it might be part #6.

I can't tell if there was something through the left hand bottom hole. Opposite that hole is a long plastic tube open from the bottom.
