Rear brake reservoir.
The tool box is held in by one screw and a plastic reuseable rivit.
The screw looks like a Phillips, but is actually JIS. The nut for it is a flat piece that fits up under the plastic fender piece (don't know offhand what it is called). You can see it from the right side from the rear looking up under there to see if it is missing (it is not supposed to fall out) I'll post a link in a few to the part list.
The little hooks and tabs are for the rubber o-ring that holds the tool kit in place.

17 and 18 hold the box and 6 is the "nut". 12 in the o ring. Doesn't actually look like the pic. There are 2 6's are one is for the tool box and one for the brake reservoir.
