It isn’t rocket science though, just loosen the screws and move the headlight up or down. If you look on the end of the “ears” you will see there is a line molded on it and an arrow on the headlight bucket. Those are your reference points.
Look at this pic of the inside of my bucket: http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread....9#pid87099 You can see the funny nut on the inside. It is a nut/wire cable holder in one and sits inside of plastic guides (I guess you could call them).
If you take the screw all the way out, it is possible to putz around and move the nut out of place and then have to take the headlight out to get everything right. Ask me how I know?
