Hm, I don't think so.

To maintain an excel sheet of torque specs might be not an easy task. Don't want to be a spoil sport, however who would get blamed if there was a false entry, which caused some damage e.g. to your engine mount?

That would be easily remedied with a disclaimer.

Thats a shame, I was hoping to save myself $65 on a manual.

When I owned a Bonneville I used to refer to this PDF someone made all the time.
