Torque specs for handle bar clamp to triple clamp

There is no spec listed. In the 13 manual page 12-10 it says to tighten the handlebar lower holder nuts securely.

I’m not sure the general torque table would work here due to the rubber mounting.

Be careful.
The nut is actually tightening against metal tube inside the rubber mount, that means:
1. you can not tighten the rubber mounts tighter as they are
2. it's quite easy to over-tight and tear off the bolt or thread (believe me )
And finally -- there are self-locking nuts, so better a bit too loose than too tight.
