Does anyone know what settings on front and rear suspensions for different weights?
Factory rear is number 2
What weight is that intended for?
If you ride a long distance 2-up should you change to stiffest setting?

There was a unofficial survey on this topic in a thread not too long ago. It seemed like most folks between 185-210 lbs. we're running with two lines showing on the forks (so 1 line stiffer than the stock setting), and with rear shock preload with at least some preload (nobody ran on the softest setting). I'm about 205 lbs. and prefer only 1 line showing on the forks -- it helps avoid that rough, slapped down feeling my bike would get from bottoming if I hit too large of a pavement imperfection. I've likewise stiffened the rear for pretty much the same reason. I did a 500 mile ride last weekend and experimented, and the CB feels much more dialed in now for real, rutted / potholed road riding. You didn't ask, but I should add that some people get a better ride using a fork brace. Always an option. But I'm pretty happy just using the stock fork adjustments so far.
For two-up, 2-adults riding, I'd probably stiffen the rear shock (and maybe the fork, it's easy). Depends on how big the passenger is. 130 pounds or more, and I'd add full preload. That's a fair amount of mass, right atop the rear suspension.
