I had a shop change out tires for the cb1100, but for my KLR650 I use this:

. so, you are suggesting that I don't take the freeways !! .. haha .. could you just picture that !!.. no it was just hypothetical.. I can use the exercise, walking it over to the launch ramp.. it is only a block away.. no worries about parking when I walk it over.. I just run a cable thru my wheels and lock them to a sign post.. the harbor master says, "no problem" ..

really really enjoying my Shinkos! boy these are good tires! and I'm really beginning to wonder why Honda fitted 110/80 and 140/70. this 110/90 and 150/70 is really working well and looks better to me. of course the speedo is off now, but I'm guessing I'm getting about a mile and a half per hour extra... now if I just had a 39 tooth sprocket...
