Someone is selling a Pipemasters 4 into 4 Exhaust for only 500 Pounds ($722 US) and not a single comment after almost a month! Unbelievable!

I recently removed my old exhaust head pipes and am installing another stock set that I bought from Chip Beck that have had the catalytic converter removed from it. I can't seem to get the newer head pipes to fit up into the cylinder head openings. Any tips or tricks to reinstalling the header pipes? I'm getting very frustrated.

I've been watching reruns of Let's Make a Deal lately, you know, the '70's TV game show with Monty Hall, Jay Stewart and Carol Merrill. Along with a bunch of lime green Plymouth Furys and white Chevy Vegas ("with air conditioning and radio"), they gave away quite a few bikes. Guess I didn't take notice back then. On the most recent episodes, they've had:

- 1973 Triumph Bonneville T140
- 1973 Yamaha DT250 and JT2 Mini Enduro 60
- 1973 Rockford Chibi 60
- 1973 Honda ST90

It's cool to see these bikes and to hear the retail prices from back in the day.

Has anyone changed out their foot pegs?

I realize that the factory pegs are "proper" for the CB but they have always seemed so undersized, at least for my liking. I'm not clear on why two of the five points of contact with the bike (save knees) are so tiny. It's perplexing... If this was a high performance racing machine I could understand. It's not though, it's a standard, refined and classic motorcycle. Best I can figure is that the foot pegs fall under the category of "that's how it's always been"

Don't get me wrong... I'm not looking for Luxury liner softail deluxe platforms BUT I'd like something with a bit more surface area under my boots.
Any suggestions?

I have no personal experience with em, but I have seen one on an older cb750 and it looked and sounded incredible.. If I hadn't of found my staintune, I'd think I'd get one

CB1100F STAINLESS RACE EXHAUST ALLOY CB 1100 2013 2014 2015 HONDA CBF YOSHIMURA

Greetings... So I'm considering installing a set of Moriwaki pipes. My bike is the standard model with the exhaust on the one side. The new pipes will come out both sides. Now I know that the center stand is history, and it comes with a "Moriwaki original side stand," so that shouldn't be an issue. It comes as a Full Exhaust System. Am i crazy to think that this swap will be at least semi-easy? What am i missing here? Any hidden obstacles that I'm not thinking of?

Any lessons learned or feedback would be appreciated...

Its been awhile since my last post. I have a 2013 Std and have done numerous mods including spoked wheels and DLX exhaust. I am very pleased with the bike but the OEM Honda mufflers are so heavy and worse, sooooo quiet. I had previously run a Staintune before i switched to the DLX exhaust and loved the sound.

I checked with Staintune and as i expected no plans for a DLX version and furthermore, they were out of stock on CB 1100 mufflers. I decidied to experiment with my old Staintune and mocked it up on the left side of the bike, rotated 180 degrees. It appeared to basically fit which encouraged me.

I spoke with Adam at Staintune and eventually received a new muffler as requested with heat shield nut / tabs and rear bracket loose in the box. With the help of a local shop i am happy to report that after about 5 hours of measuring, bending of brackets and TIG welding, we have a great result.

Bike sounds great and pulls noticeably harder.

The job was more complex than i expected, the right side Staintune did not fit well, too short. Required an 1 1/2 " tube extension. Old rear bracket cut off and relocated. Polishing where needed also. But very rewarding.
