I saw my local Honda dealer was expanding his show room, so I stopped in to see what inventory they had.

To my surprise, the only new Honda motorcycles in the store were 3 Goldwings and 3 or 4 Honda 50's or 70's.

I asked the salesman why motorcycle sales were down....he said because us old people are the only ones riding. Young people would rather ride them in a video game.

The room was full of 4 wheelers and "side by sides" and he said that is what the new expansion was for...."because that is what's selling."

I guess I should add this is also a Polaris dealer, but used to be 100% motorcycles.

This was my friends CB1100, he has since sold the bike but I will have some of his accessories for sale shortly...

Being 5'7", the stock seat height on my 2014 Standard meant that I can't flat foot it with both feet when at a stop. Cormanus suggested I get the seat shaved by a local shop, which I did!

Pretty happy so far! I can flat foot it now wearing boots, but not when wearing Chucks (which I shouldn't be wearing anyway). It also allows me to go full throttle without feeling like I'm going to fly off the seat so that's another plus!

Has anyone tried installing a voodoo industries slip-on?

I've seen some you tube videos with the shorty's installed. I'm wondering if the 17" reverse cone would work...

I have entered the year in which I turn 70. Yikes. 3 friends my age and I traveled from Prescott, Arizona to Nichols West (a restaurant) in Congress, Arizona. A one hour ride to an out of the way restaurant. The significance is the restaurant ONLY takes reservations and while we were there at least 20 people were turned away. Congress, Arizona! Who knew?

Low 60's- minimal traffic-sunny.

Once again I cannot overstate the joy which drew me to a CB1100.

Just what the subject line says, I have a chance to acquire a red '13 ABS model, I know it has ABS but any other differences vs the standard model?

OTD price used is $6800, 14K miles on it. Looks like it is a clean one-owner bike.

I'm from Page AZ right next to Lake Powell. Small town in the middle of the Arizona desert. haha Its fun many roads to take on my way to work. For now the video shows in town.
