From today's ride
The mighty Ohio out of it's banks and almost to ST Rt 52 (It should be 300 yards south of here)
RV Park next to the Ohio River You can see their sunshades where the campers would be if it were dry

Finally stopped raining! I thought I’d ride down to Lake Cumberland and get an artsy shot by the lake, but it’s rained so much that the lake is at record flood stage and all of the roads leading to docks are flooded. This was as close as I could get. But, great day to ride and it’s NOT RAINING (until Thursday

Bah! You on [beautiful] m/c. Unless pick-up truck driver (anywhere in sight?) had rifle, could have snuck around the road bend.

I could have but it’s a really steep incline past there and then there’s the water. Too cold to go swimming just yet.

Took a good, dam ride today. Stopped and took a dam picture. Didn’t see the dam guide or I would have taken a dam tour. But it was an overall great dam ride. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

makes me wonder if that much water goes all the way to the Mississippi and down to the gulf? We're freezing in IN and call for more freeze temps through the weekend. Definitely not riding weather for me..
That EX does look mighty fine with the Road Comet. Much better than the previous models IMO. Slap some paint matched side covers on her and hooooweeee.
cragar: That is a Top Ten CB pic. The angle and contrast is splendid.

That’s wild! I know that spot. I took shelter there during a thunderstorm a few years ago there. I’m just a couple of hours South of you.

Took a short ride, about 25 miles, temperature about 65, cloudy and spitting a little rain. Spring is in the air here.

Yellow Jasmine in bloom. This is the first wildflower to blossum here in mid February.

A small cotton field that should have been harvested in October.
Is it good to be out and about, redbirds? How are you?

Glad to be alive and feeling ten years younger. I even bought a bicycle.
Good on you. Riding a bicycle is good fun, particularly on reasonably flat ground.
