Thanks guys. I don't really know this engine that well, but I do study the manual and there's some much info on-line
Cormanus, hopefully I've done a good enough job so the paint & other details hold up after putting some miles on it.

Couple of updates
Had done some of the polishing previously, broke out the wheels & rouge. Got my dust mask, goggles and gloves. Man, I really don't like doing this, but it does give my wife a good chuckle...
. She claims I look like a raccoon or alien when I'm done.
Okay, onto the pics. The parts look way shinier than they are.
Starter stuff. Needed to be cleaned, painted & tested.

Can remember when I was 8 or 9, took my bike apart, dad asked "what are doing?"... "just gonna paint it and lube the bearings". Throughout the years my parents were very supportive; even when I painted the car port walls black from the floor to 4ft high (thought it would hide the grease & oil). After I moved out; my mom said it took three coats of primer & paint to get back to white... sorry mom.
