Me too.

Yesterday, I tried to update mine, then it said time out and that was it???
Most likely due to Ferret and me clocking toooo many miles and system couldn't handle it

>>> UPDATE<<< , working now.
Thanks Cormanus and Django!

[the Ferret]

Thanks Django. Issue fixed, miles added.

Man, how time goes by! Added the column for the next quarter of the year, July til September.

See cb1100forum_mileage.xls

[Django]

Before I forget, I added the columns for the last 3 month of the year 2023 to the spreadsheet:

If you haven't participated so far, it is still time to do so. Every mile is welcome.

I do not know how you would want it logged or if you would want it logged, but I put 12,500 miles on my 2014 CB1100 standard in 10 months, ending Sep 2018. (27,198 miles on other bikes since)

460 miles was on 18 Aug 2018 on the extraterrestrial highway

[GoldOxide_imp]

SportsterDoc: Was there an issue of refueling a CB1100 that included that Open Range stretch?

[SportsterDoc]

Ash Springs to Tonopah is 154 miles. (Warm Springs is a ghost town)
At the time there was no fuel in Rachel, but there was on my last trip.
However, neither the the station nor cafe (Alien Inn) were open as early as I went through on the 2022 Triumph Street Twin.
Rachel is only 148 miles from my former home in Las Vegas and I probably left home at 5 AM which would have put me through Rachel about 7 AM / 7:30 AM.
With snacks, water and 1 gallon extra fuel, I did not stop in Rachel.
That is the only highway circuit for which a carried extra fuel.

Fuel in Rachel is available 8A-5P
Alien Cowpoke Gas & General Store | ET Highway | Travel Nevada

[SportsterDoc]

I found a photo
I strapped a can of TruFuel to backseat.
110 ounces = 0.86 gallon
Trashed the can in Rachel, cause it is not on the bike later in the trip,
Those scrambler tires were great in pea gravel

[SportsterDoc]

Great tires

Sad that Pirelli is now owned by China

Metzler was acquired by Pirelli and now Pirelli is controlled by China:

In 2015, China National Chemical Corp. Ltd. (ChemChina) took controlling interest of Pirelli - with the Chinese state-owned company agreeing to maintain the tire company's ownership structure until 2023.

[GoldOxide_imp]

That looked like a fun, little stop there SportsterDoc.

So how many miles does the ferret have on his CB1100 these days? I tried looking it up in the spreadsheet, but it appeared that the odometer column was empty. (This could have been user error on my part.)

[Cormanus]

His last milestone was 73,000 miles. Milestone Thread (Take 2)
