Removing and reinstalling rear wheel
#41
I use a piece of wood,12 inch long,6 inch wide and one inch thick.
Then I use strips of thin plywood to make up the space between the "plank" and the tire.
Depending on the bike and wheel/tire size I might use a few strips.
Then I use a wooden dowel ,a little smaller than the axle size to line up the parts and insert the wheel spindle from the other side.
Using a dowel makes it a lot easier without damaging the parts.

It seems every year or so it's proven that something we do and we think we alone do is being done by an ant or gorilla or something. Even Elephants are good painters!

I hope my bike does not notice the 2x4 is not metric. Angel

I seem to recall that the only animal that uses "tools" is the Otter (they lie on their backs and use a stone to open clams).

QuoteTongueretty damn smart.
I don't know if you watched the whole video, but the amount of effort that monkey put into breaking that nut is commendable. It is not enough to simply know how to do something, but to see the job through to completion no matter how difficult.
