Even that $46 isn't really that bad. Though cast, our levers are actually pretty decent quality and include adjustability. A nice set of billet aftermarket replacements is almost twice as much per side.

So I placed the order today from the dealer. They gave me a discount that matched the price from partzilla including the shipping. I'll be back up and riding again in no time! Ferret, your post from 10-15-2015 was spot-on. It took me less than 10 minutes to replace mine and that includes swapping out the RLET! Remember, riders, follow Ferret's instructions, not the other stuff you find on the internet. Keep in mind that the CB1100 has a hydraulic clutch, so all that stuff you read about loosening a clutch cable don't hold true for this bike. Just be sure when reinstalling to align the hole in the brass-colored barrel so that the black clutch rod slides into it.
