Just took my bike out for a quick spin, the first time since installing the POD module so I can watch what the bike is doing while I ride it.
I have to head out- but a real quick thing I noticed- my bike is only ever saying 98% throttle on the display while riding.
Makes me wonder if the bike is then never tuning for the 100% cells I am inputting.
Is it a calibration issue, or are the TB actually not all the way open (not uncommon on some cars)
I'll have to look into this more when I get home tonight. Hmmm.

The TPS can be adjusted, but I would hesitate to do so if it were not accurate at idle.
Max had a really good thread on measuring the TPS output, with photos.

josh if you are interested there is an obd tool that uses the "k line " in the accessory connector, it outputs data of many functions;
https://www.healtech-electronics.com/products/obd/
as you may recall some of us who have it found it very useful

Thanks Max.
Dynojet responded and said nothing to worry about.

To be clear, the ODB tool does not plug into an accessory connector, it plugs into the DLC, or data link connector, which is behind the left side cover.

Josh, Did you do a Throttle Position Calibration via the Power Commander software?
Worth a look...

No, Dynojet said there is no need and 98% is fine. I might read up on it just to know though.
