Need a starter switch but none available

It just took me well over three months to get a left hand switch cube for my Triumph, nobody wants to stock anything anymore, not even the manufacturer. Most bikes are pretty good these days and most major manufacturers offer a bike in a category you would buy, service is the only differentiator these days. Those that cannot provide good service will lose my business. My Triumph has been off the road five months in its first three and a half years of life, mostly down to waiting for parts. Do I like Triumph's, sure do, would I buy another? I would have to think long and hard about that. Am I being too harsh on Triumph though, is every manufacturer like this now?
