same as tod, my lower bars didn't restrict cable pull, and the location of cable elbow and mirror stem you show is similar with mine as well.

Phadreus, Did you notice the change in cornering with the lower bar? that's one of the first thing i noticed w/ my lower bar, the turning in and out of twisties felt easier and a bit quicker to execute w/ the change in body position
