Going with Dave's advice and normally inflating both tires over 35 to 40 psi.
To isolate the effect you could let some air out of one tire and see if it makes a difference and narrow the effect down to one of the wheels.
Then a centerstand would help to find any small irregularities in the circumference of the tire with the aid of a block with a small gap close to the thread, the "cadence" of tires does manifest itself around the speed you mentioned and i found going faster than that speed and letting the bike slow down past this speed with a loose grip on the handles and watch what happens on a smooth road.
It can be either wheel, i have had a "bounce" from the rear wheel and one from the front wheel, both very subtle.
Maybe also check the swingarm bearings and bolt play, the nut under the chrome cover has been known to "disconnect" from the bolt on very rear occasions and stays captive inside under the chrome covers which have a small slot for a screwdriver for inspection.
