So I don't see the rim and tire wobbling but the front fender and bike wobbling on deceleration. At slow speeds where you would feel it the most you don't feel or see it. Only aboit 30 moh and higher.
Rear tire probably has aboit 2500 miles on it. Front tire might have 1500 miles on it. Tons of tread left and never had a puncture.
Bike itself only has about 9k miles on it.
