Bead method of balancing tires, does it work?
#2
I dont personally understand how the beads would actually work and how their inertia based on their own mass would only want to stay in specific spots of a tire with equal centrifugal force but someone much smarter than me can probably explain how it works better to me.

I have been using a motorcycle tire balancing stand from harborfreight thats worked just fine the last few tire changes on a few bikes and had taken the high speed "shake" out of my front wheels by balancing them properly on more than 1 occasion.

If the beads do in fact work and work properly after I can understand them better than maybe I'd he willing to try them on the next change for comparison

I'm pretty positive this has come up in other threads in the past so I bet someone has used them to actually answer your question haha good luck either way!
