Are you completely sure about the part number, just asked google AI (I can't rely on it) but it mentions its not compatible:
The Purolator 14006 filter will not fit a Honda CB1100 EX motorcycle.The Honda CB1100 EX requires a metric M20x1.5 thread pitch oil filter.
