Removing and reinstalling rear wheel

I use a piece of wood,12 inch long,6 inch wide and one inch thick.
Then I use strips of thin plywood to make up the space between the "plank" and the tire.
Depending on the bike and wheel/tire size I might use a few strips.
Then I use a wooden dowel ,a little smaller than the axle size to line up the parts and insert the wheel spindle from the other side.
Using a dowel makes it a lot easier without damaging the parts.
