I greased the bushings and reset them in the right position and they were tight. I guess ungreased the bushing have a hard time sliding through the bushing causing it to push in.
Upon installing the adapter, I removed the side cover to see what was wrong, the tab on the side cover is intact, but there doesn't seem to be anything to attach it to.
Anyone have any thoughts? I'm going to take it by the dealer and see what they say.
