Dealer should do a complete walk through with the bike, which includes pulling the seat and demonstrating how to lift it properly up on the centerstand. My previous motorcycle purchase the salesman rode it to my house, did a walk through, and then was picked up by the shop. That's customer service. They offered this year but I wss able to get a ride to the shop this time.
