Wouldn't hurt to get your torque wrench checked at the value your target value. None of them stay accurate forever. You're not going to bend the swing arm, but you could start to collapse the bearing spacer which would really screw up your bearing alignment, causing the inner to outer race alignment to be tight and squeeze the grease out of the contact surfaces, overheat, and destroy the bearings.
