A follow-up.
Given that it didn't take much...I'm almost afraid to say this. It's so subjective I'm not even sure.
But after three days and about 30 in-town miles...my verdict is, it helped.
Not completely. But for the buzzing that would set in from 2500-3500rpm...in-town traffic use...I used to know when the bike warmed up; when the buzzing got to where my left hand would tingle. That seems to be GONE.
Of course, normal (what I think is normal) vibration is still there. Tank buzzes between my knees...that doesn't bother me. The vibration in the handlebars seems somewhat muted - or in any event it doesn't set my hand afire after fifteen minutes.
I was out and about on and off all day, yesterday, today...I'm more and more convinced I licked it. Now if I could get even MORE lead shot in there...by peeling off the bars (this winter) it may be the improvement will improve.
