Dave, of course the tps is replacable, the problem is;
if you replace it and it works that's ok, but if you replace it and it does NOT WORK YOU CANNOT GO BACK.
i know you want to replace the thing and be done with it, but be patient a little longer, just make sure it is the tps !!!
