sprocket changes...one, the other, or both?

Replacing the front sprocket is a bit simpler and cheaper than the rear. That said, there is some thought that the smaller front sprocket could cause extra chain wear. Though, that has not been reported here that I have seen. I decided to change the rear for no other reason than I liked the look of the ratio, from adding two teeth to the rear over reducing one from the front. I am happy with the change for my ridding style. I may try dropping a tooth from the front, just to feel the results.

The speed is measured via the sensor on the rear wheel and is not affected by gear changes.
